I'm sorry about the name calling. Is it still name calling if it's true? It's just that stupidity in it's purest elemental form sends my 104 year old heart to pittering and pattering.
If it is shorters who are buying at the level 10 times higher than their declared target price
Could you point me to this declared target price somewhere outside a francoise post?
because this stock is going to trade on its fundamentals and market condition from now on.
Could you point me to it's fundamentals outside a paid PR, ZSUN website or francoise post. How about the fundamental fact that two of it's directors were involved in an illegal internet porn site and have a $3 million judgment awaiting them in the US. Is there a company alive that would hire someone with this kind of past on the internet, much less make them a director, much less do business with them and acquire Pinmail from them.(ok, NCDR would, and TMRT, and SHAL, HITT, etc.) Most companies would ask for the resignation from the board of these kinds of people, or better yet the people would voulunteer to resign for the good of the company, here it's treated like a good thing.
Source on this market maker covering rumor outside a francoise post please. It could be that the market makers offered ZSUN $5 or less a share and told them we can do this the easy way or the hard way, $5 now, or nada 6 months from now when the excuses are over and the 2nd quarter numbers finally come out. It could be that Francoise stared to long at one of the young girlies and got spiked on the noggin by her boyfriend.
What would SEC want from me? They are not in a business of bashing investors and their hopes.
If you were to, for instance say that tomorrow ZSUN will announce an acquisition and then it happen, then the SEC would very much wish to speak with you to determine how you came by this knowledge beforehand and if you or any acquantainces profited from it. Some little thing called insider trading. Again, it's pretty much accepted as normal around here so don't worry.
As for francoise's gap day prediction, again more of that insider knowledge. Any gap in this thing is caused purely by forced buyin's, again something that you don't see good companies do, just those that make a living selling stock instead of goods or services.
Let me now admit that I got carried away on that subpoena think.
You don't say.
What's wrong in Ziasun buying the moneymaking OIA now and paying for it later and price to be linked to the continuing performance (moneymaking). OIA believes in itself, believes in Ziasun, sells itself for say 10 shares worth $25 today + 1000 shares paid say 1 year from now. Can you see the incentive being built into the deal.
Let's say OIA is worth 10 million, a paltry 4 times projected forward earnings for this e^x growth company. The only way they sell out now with little money down is if the performance premium is huge, and the onus to perform would not be on OIA it's going to be on ZSUN. Again OIA was the bigger more profitable company with the faster growth, they would be the ones that could dictate terms. It would be like, we'll sell out our super growth profitable company for $5mm down and 25% of your unprofitable(excluding sale of stock) net business. If your nth tier with n>5 net business doesn't make S amount of profit and our company grow by H amount more than we could have by ourself, thanks to you helping us overseas, then we also get options or warrants for an additional I percent of the company, or T amount in cash, or we can buy back OIA for $1 million. Again, OIA would have held ALL of the cards, ZSUN none. This could be where we pick up the one piece of the puzzle this thing has been missing. "Death Spiral Financing."
Again folks, if they ever announce details on this deal and it seems too good to be true for ZSUN. IT IS.

You know it's real funny, you say you don't post on RB. But there's a vklepa over there that is about as "smart" sounding as you. He told everyone he was coming to SI and ouila you show up. One might permutate and combinate on these two names and poke "v k lepa" in the right search engine and find an email adress for someone on a beach town in Australia. Your profile here says you enjoy walking the dog on the beach. That Vklepa fella on RB claimed NZ in one board, but it's an old email address so he might have moved or he might have just been been stretching the truth a little since he said that to counter a negative poster from NZ I believe. Also if one checks the times that you've posted here it would be consistent with someone from the AUS region of the world. Still want to claim you don't post on RB?

Next.
Mr. Burns

VoyK, there are a number of reasons attractive to OIA to be acquired by ZSUN...

Firstly, when the deal was probably reached, ZSUN's bashing hadn't started yet. Secondly, it is a painless way to make the transition from being a privately held entity to becoming part of a public Company, offering far more diversity and synergy to help it grow its business overseas.

For OIA to make the move, they must have felt comfortable with the results of their Due Diligence in ZSUN and the quality of the management and Business Plan. They decided that by combining the two Companies together the sum of the parts would be greater than each Company considered individually, due to the synergistic potential.

I am convinced that the deal was good and fair for both Companies, particularly, if performance is rewarded, as I have suggested.

Regards, F. Goelo + + +
