It's a cellular response, I think. Or tasting bud one. That might be the same thing. I don't eat many sweets anymore. I don't keep anything in the house. On occasion I go out and get some icecream or cookies. When I eat out I'm usually too full to want dessert. But... if I start; if I have that first taste of something sweet, then the body/mind wants chocolate. I've been having a very serious cheesecake craving that I've been putting off. Cherry Cheesecake. With a brownie to top it off. Getting a piece at a restaurant won't do. I've reached the "I want a whole cheesecake" phase.
