My bet is on Atlas being the culprit. T7 may have had problems, but they have had AMPLE time to fix 'em up. I was expecting September anyway, on an Ariane hopefully.

Jeff, it's comforting to know that not much has changed in the 34 years since I worked at the cape. If memory serves, that practice used to go under the name, "range chicken".
