I don't think that's it at all. They want the debentures to be converted so more shares will be available and debt will be gone. May told me he would love if the deb holders voluntarily converted their debs but at 8% interest they wont hence the stock price has to get to 2.85 for 300 days so the company can force the conversion.

If TCM trade at 2.85 for 30 days debenture can be convert so will
have around 4 millions shares. I asked to issue more shares, another
2 millions so will have 6 millions. Not at this moment she reply.
