Clinton has squandered much of the legacy of the '80s...

"Very bad president"?

"Treason"

Well, after 2 months of listening to conservative radio commentators, such as Putnam and Limbaugh and Reagan, attack Clinton's policies in Yugoslavia and attack the competency of our armed forces while they are in the field, I suggest you folks on the right be a little careful of the word treason. Despite all the military pundits trotted out on the nightly news and all the talk of how it is impossible to win a war by air power alone, Clinton and NATO appear to have done just that. It must be very galling for the right-wing to realize that this "draft-dodger" president appears to have won the most lop-sided military victory in history, a complete shutout. Once again, Clinton has demonstrated why he is so popular with the American people: he knows what he's doing.
