obviously good news for the patient cs holder.... My prediction is the stock moves higher no matter what the market does today

Doesn't this suggest that a buyout is NOT imminent? Let's face it, this guy would know if something was in the works, and I would think he would not accept a job that was about to be eliminated...unless of course he just wanted to have on his CV that he was the CEO ( if only briefly) of a NYSE traded company.
