Thanks for the numbers Suzanne but I guess I heard wrong. Check what RG said on this PR: investor.msn.com ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 19, 1999--TeleServices International Group Inc. TSIG , known as TSIG.com, today announced that it has launched its school fund-raising program with Lifetime Learning Systems ("Lifetime Learning") of Stamford, Connecticut, in over 100,000 schools nationwide, with more than 50,000,000 students. more.... "If only 10 percent of the kids participate and sell two cards each, this would result in the sale of 10,000,000 cards, which would generate $100,000,000 in card sale revenues alone. CD purchases by these cardholders could easily double that figure." With RG's estimation that each kid will sell 2 cards each: 10% of 50,000,000 (BTW, seems like a lot of kids IMO but it's in the PR) 5,000,000 kids x 2 cards each = 10,000,000 card sales 10,000,000 cards x $10 = $100,000,000 in revenues with half or $50,000,000 going to TSIG. And this is for card sales only...makes your numbers and scenario very plausible Suzanne. Anyone else can confirm what RG said during the CC in regards to the Lifetime Learning numbers? regards, Andretti

CONVERSATION WITH ROBERT GORDON....details soon. I am greatly relieved and intrigued. A nice, 1 hour conversation about lots of things. 90% positive. HINT OF THINGS IN MY REPORT LATER: the SEC approved up to 52 million shares in the registration and no more. 52M add'l shares is the maximum add'l dilution. The chart that some like SC have printed which shows the number of shares added to the float should the stock go all the way down to .01 is a ridiculous scare tactic, imo. I repeat the registration CAPS the PP shares at 52 million no matter where the stock price goes. Therefore, therw would be no reason for the PP folks to drive the stock down much lower than it is. ONE PROBLEM SOLVED! more info to follow later.....most of which you will like including: THE ACTUAL MODEL FOR PROFIT THAT TSIG IS USING on the MyMusicCard THE LOWDOWN ON THE OFFICERS WHO WERE LET GO AND WHY, INCLUDING HWANG and much more
