BKS is sitting on CASH and CASH FLOW (near Term=Liquidity) for DEALS,
the questions really are, exactly HOW MUCH and WHERE to SPEND IT,
before they are holding too long and an IRS constructive dividend get declared, even though shareholders nver received dividend distribution (this is a standard IRS regulation to prevent allocating CASH INCOME to artificial accounts, such as R&D reserves etc., which makes tax return declared expenses legit, rather than book keeping device to cheat the IRS (Thats their view) of contributing into the national Till, per Sec. 1 IRS CODE paraphrased says "~IRS AGENT DUTY TO GET THE MOST IS POLICY OF IRS".
