Well now I've bought and sold calls and sold puts.
Tell me a little about buying puts.
To me the Dow and Naz look too high too fast: I would like to buy puts for the winter on the indices.
1. How do I decide on the strike price?
2. How do I decide on the month?
3. How do I decide (or do I?) that a price to pay for the put is a reasonable one?
Thank you for the lesson!
And I'm sure everyone else interested in options thanks you too!
