Mark, try this on for size: Its not necessary to serve Jehovah to be resurrected: "There is no respect of persons with God...for not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified; for when the gentiles that have not the law do by nature the things of the law, these, not having the law, are the law unto themselves; in that they show the work of the law in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness therewith and their thoughts one with another accusing or else excusing them; [this shall be] in the day when God shall judge the secrets of men according to my gospel, by Jesus Christ. [bracked words added for clarification] Acts 24:15 promises a resurrection of "both the righteous and the unrighteous." Rev 20:13 says "the sea gave up the dead that were in it; and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them; and they were judged every man according to their works" Future works, Mark! Isa 26:9: "When thy judgements are in the earth the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness. Let favor be showed to the wicked, yet will he not learn righteousness; in the land of uprightness will he deal wrongfully and will not behold the majesty of Jehovah." Would a general resurrection of all mankind [except the unalterably wicked] to life in the New Earth, to be judged on their future works and being given ample time to absorb and understand the God's requirements, meet your standards of justice. During the millennium our beautiful creator, Jehovah, will be very generous in resurrection, bringing back [most likely, as I am not the judge] the Dali Lama and Ghandi and those that slew Jesus, because their eternal future will still be dependant on obedience to His perfect laws. Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do Isaiah 65:20 allows a century for this education, which period may be illustrative rather than literal, but it will be sufficient: "The child shall die a hundred years old, and the sinner being a hundred years old shall be accursed" Thus, in the New Earth children born and sinners resurrected must conform to Jehovah's laws, but ample time is allowed for such conversion. Most of mankind shall be resurrected into the New Earth, and most shall see the majesty of Jehovah in a world without satanic influence. So shall they gain eternal life. God is more concerned for the sleeping multitudes than you or I, Mark. The tribulations of the brief present are nothing compared to the everlasting gladness ahead. "Jesus Christ the righteous: and he is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world" 1 John 2:2 God loves the human race, and He will save it! Isa 35 Does this satisfy justice, Mark? Don
