<< You could add GTW to this list...it's been a great computer and the telephone assistance is topnotch...>> I couldnt disagree with this more. GTW is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I got a gateway 2 years ago and I have had to have the computer replaced 4 times, motherboards replaced 5 times, a monitor replaced once. I could go on and on. Their telephone people are the worst i have ever dealt with. I have written three letters to the top levels at Gateway and have never recieved a response. It just boils my blood thinking about this so I wont any more but my experience with Gateway has been nothing but a disaster.
