5.letter explanations - Message 6580782 ** The letter E as a fifth character in a security symbol indicates the NASD has determined the issuer is delinquent in its required SEC filings. It is a kind of warn, that they must file real soon now - They are under observation - But IMO at the same time being in Q puzzles me - Does it mean that they are out of CH11 !?! - Normally it is OK to be late on filing as long as under CH11 status - OR ???
