What's the effect of all currently existing option plans or Convertible Subordinated Debentures, etc. on the amount of outstanding stocks? Let's say until 2002-2005? Is there a huge effect in EPS?
Today we have about 32 milion shares outstanding. But I think this number will increase significantly during the next years and reduce EPS to a big extend.

Thomson's Insider Activity Index is "very negative" - any comments?
(What other internet source for insider activity are recommendable?)

The stock is climbing for some days, now. Any TA-experts here on the board? - I am not sure if it looks like a bottom or not. I think it's too early to call it a bottom.
(What internet source offers good TA? - I use a new computer, but have lost all my favorite links)

Thanks to all.

Peter
