You said>"Of course you know that the 120,000 shares the new CEO bought at $1.20 were all from an insider sell of 120,000 shares at $1.20 and not purchased in the open market.".......................Still shows a committment to the company and shareholders.....cmg

Sunhy,
Why do you think the new CEO, Senior VP and Director of Unicore insist upon being paid in shares of TSSW at $1.00 per share. They know this company is undervalued and they know that Unicore and TSSW as a combined company will show significant revenue and earnings gains in the coming qtr. That is why the new CEO has a provision to receive 3.5% of revenue above $6 million. We will see huge gains in revenue IMO and a quick move to the black in the coming qtr and beyond. After the vote. . .expect to see some news. . . First product announcement will be FASTMOVE 2000 . . then Checkit.
Stock may not move much until the vote. . .best interest of the insiders in my opinion.
Looking forward to the second qtr announcement.
