Now is not necessarily the time to buy.
Now is an agony-filled time to buy only for those who have done due diligence and can justify to themselves why $29/share is the bottom.

But I've compared TBFC and NTBK's charts and don't believe a correction to $20/share will happen, as has been speculated.

Maybe, but don't forget that Telebanc is trading far below its secondary offering price.
