You won't find any PC company that supports non-standard builds very well at reasonable cost, esp. with multi-monitors, NT, or laptops with NT. Dell is the lesser evil, and they've been "ok" (not great).

I called DEll one Saturday afternoon, the sales rep sent me to their tech support. They told me that they sold the video cards and I have to open the box, install them myself. I do NOT give credit for the unused video card shipped with box. It is still better than other
PC vendors who do NOT know any thing about multimonitor and windows 98.
