IDTC to start offering web co-location services. This could be a significant announcement. This is a new area of growth on the net. This puts them into competition with ABOV (Abovenet)and Exodus communications (EXDS). I believe that this is a smart move by IDTC. The market either does not care or has not noticed this announcement.
