Gordon, I beg to disagree with you, the down side risk is still as high as the upside potential, this company may end up like other ventures Gordon was involved with, oblivion. People investing here for the potential 10 bagger, should realize that the downside risk is quite substantial. You must remember that as of March 31/99 they had only $20,000 in the bank and everytime they go for more of the $10 MM pp, they also add a bunch of new shares. It is not improbable that before everything is said and done, there will be 200 MM shares outstanding and a reverse split will be forced if the stock continues in its current trend and drops down to single digit pennies range. This is, IMHO, as probable as a 10 bagger. remember the share count, 12/31/96-22 MM, 12/31/97-30 MM, 12/31/98-65 MM and now 95 MM, thus the share proliferation is accelerating not receding.
