ASND owns/sells shares of CSCO!!----> DJ Cisco Systems Files 2.68M Shares For Holders WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO) registered 2,682,295 shares of its common stock to be sold by various shareholders, Federal Filings Business News reported Friday. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange, Cisco said none of the selling shareholders had a material relationship with Cisco within the past three years other than their ownership of the stock. The filing lists Ascend Communications Inc. (ASND) as the holder of 935,653 of the shares. LOL... --Bill
