Bob, read the original 10Q. That is the source of Bloomberg's information.

You can't point your finger at any scapegoats if you don't like what you see in the 10Q, because it was the co. itself that filed it.

Anyway, the complaint voiced in the RB post you refer to is irrelevant. What matters is Ernst & Young's opinion:

Ernst & Young does not want its good name sullied by having it on the same filing as Reed's present company: HITT.

Perhaps Bloomberg really does not know what they're talking about.

Extremely unlikely. Bloomberg is the premier financial reporting and news service in the country.

Apart from that, the news in question was drawn directly from HITT's 10Q, from the 10K, and from earlier company press releases.
