Just in case ya'll didn't pick up on Hillary's little "..Kingdom Building.." statement the other day..... She clearly said that "..she and Slick screwed up trying to present their National [..Socialist..] Health Care and [..card-carrying Commie-like..] ID system to Washington - all in one chunk..."!! "but, ..she'll KEEP WORKING ON IT..!! IN OTHER WORDS........ Congress was TOO SMART to get sold their bill of bullsh goods - when they had to lay it all out, with all its facts - and disclose their second, private Hillary-government to run it..!!!** THE ITCH'S ANSWER....
