Dave, I have already been through one SEC investigation. You are so correct in your statement that anyone who traded on inside information is in "BIG TROUBLE". There are a few so called "longs" in this stock who have done just that. Their egos got in the way and they PM'd way to many people on what they had heard and even suggested what the recipient should do with the information. Like I said, If anyone traded on the 27th or 28th of May with any knowledge of Hwang resigning, they are in deep trouble. I have kept copies of all my PM's just in case. Be advised that the SEC does not leave any stone unturned and will seize your records. They will get your true identity from S.I., even if you have used your wifes name and credit card to get back in after being asked not to post anymore.

One thing, it is my belief that TSIG has done nothing wrong legally, but some of the posters on this thread have, and quite possibly have damaged TSIG.

Another thing I do know for certain, is that through the investigation with the SEC I had to provide all of my "Nicknames" to them and they know who I am.

Regards,

V
