Yes ... that is why they are slowly moving up the bid. They were trying to pick up some shares on a low bid .. when no one sold, they moved it up a penny ... then there was a buy of only 1000 shares (no sales) and so they moved it up another penny. Now all buys have come in, so they moved bid up another penny. It seems like they are anxious to get the shares. If I understand what I have been told, this means that they are either short the stock and low on inventory, or they expect the stock to rise and want to get the shares.

peacelover - This is one of my biggest gripes about BB stocks. It's bad enough that there is a small market and exposure for the companies, but .38 to .43, a .05 spread is ridiculous. Thanks for the .43 buy order, I feel better. BB stock are not for the faint of heart.
