World Relief director Norm Thomsen said the agreement doesn't matter much right now. A repatriation fund is available for those Kosovars who decide to leave the United States, but most are expected to remain here. Haven't they heard, Clinton just won the war to free the Kosovars!! There's gratitude for you. The FIRST Kosovar refugees. How many more are coming? Any settling out your way?
