Did QNTM really trade for $16 this morning on Instinet (after the conf call)? What a no brainer with the tracking stock due about end of July and DLT business stilll looking good. I feel like a Bozo for not listening to the call last night and jumping all over it at $16 if it was available.

What does that mean? That if the stock is between 14 and 20 that it's worth .489 shares as long as the stock stays within the range?
