The main disadvantage I see is it will take up valuable fab capacity because a chipset with a 200MHz memory interface will certainly require a .25u process. However if the rumors of unsold K6-2s are true then it won't be much of a problem.

Ben, I sold those puts this morning. I got 9/16. So for the next 2 weeks, go AMD!! (or at least stay put).
