Nice to see APCO moving again. This company is far overdue for this type move. It does look like plenty of small cap activity is helping to drive the price action.

IMO ...... APCO should still hit $18 sometime late in the year.

Probably investors getting into undervalued smallcap stocks. There's major resistance at 12, but if it
breaks through then I expect it to retest the recent high of 13 1/2.

Now we have 12 5/8 x 11/16 with 350K+ shares traded. Does this mean
resistance at 12 is being overcome?
