The annual report may seem frivilous to some, but I think that people are overestimating how much the thing really cost per copy. We could simply settle the matter by giving IR a call. All in all the report was okay. There was nothing new in it that we didn't already know. Well, actually I hadn't known that GMGC wasted their money on NetPhonic. Any other opinions? B

Drew, I've heard people say GM is a good example of putting a $100 saddle on a $10 horse. Well, it does bother me that GM has continually spent the greatest amount of money when they could have spent less. They have got good style though and it may be that their style will be what makes their product. I just saw a movie, A Civil Action. The law firm is going broke trying to win a case, that they may have clear rights to wins, just because it takes too long. In a final effort, they go to the big city and hire the best suite at the best hotel to try and impress the opposing law firm and get a settlement. Clearly this show of bravado was a wild risk. Well, in the end I think they won, but everybody was financially ruined and nothing changed. I hope we can see this company bring something to market and get some reveneues. Until that point, I think they should hunker down and spend their money wisely. Certainly it feels like we are heading into a crisis point where they will either succeed or crash and burn. On their defense, sometimes wise people can do thhings very well on their ability and not on how much they spend. So, can we hope this report was a sign of their ability, and not folly. Regards, Mark
