To All:
Hi,

I'm sorry you're not pleased with the initial appearance of CopperSun's
website. The response I have received has been 3 disappointments to 84
pleased. It's impossible to please everyone.

Online radio is coming. Generation Entertainment will not own the online
radio portion, we are licensing portions of it.

I understand you are disappointed with the lack of information regarding
expected contract completion dates stated in the press releases. I will make
a diligent effort to convey to each division NOT to specify any further
expected dates in the future in press releases to eliminate this
disappointment.

Some of the delays are totally out of our control. Negotiations can be
delicate and time consuming but very rewarding in the long run. Example:
The first Internet game, Nomads of the Klanth was expected due out this
month. The date had to be pushed back due to VR1 and AOL having some kind of
interface problem. In the meantime, the game distribution negotiations were
just about complete, when company "X" stepped up to the plate. ("Darlings of
the Industry") This is a larger, more positive boost for the company. This
would place us in a new league and we would be the first to do it!
Negotiations are still pending and for excellent reason.

Now, if I start releasing internal information such as the names of the
players, every investor would start contacting this company hounding them for
information, which could essentially kill the deal. (I would also lose my
job!)

We are building a solid company. We have the experience and talent on board.
We are not a 'blow and go' Internet company.

Starting next week you will be seeing some major alterations to the
CDMusic.com website. I hope you'll be pleased.

Please let me know if you have other questions or concerns. We have received
valuable input from everyone and appreciate it.

Have a great weekend!

Marianne Smith - Investor Relations

we will see
