Actually received a phone call today from the proxy service to ensure that I voted my shares. Own several other companies and haven't had that before, so I guess THQ is interested in getting a good portion of the shares voted at the meeting, for whatever reason.

FWIW, I voted for the options increase. I sincerely hope that THQ does not look for severe dips in the stock price to award them at low strike prices, but overall, the employees of this company have done a good job and I believe options are the way to continue that success.

Jim, I agree with you as far as the short term nature that many options holders seem to take in this stock. THQ could deal with this by making the options not exercisable for the maximum 5 years, instead of shorter periods of time. But then the shareholders don't have that kind of patience either, so I guess I am practicing wishful thinking.

clik! Ad in USA Today

Today Weekend edition of USA Today has a very effective half page ad for the clik! PC Card Drive on page 5B of the financial section. It is a very attractive and effective ad aimed at the road warrior. It makes the case for being small and compact--offering a real solution to a real problem rather than showing a vacuous stack of floppies. The only discouraging part is the "coming soon" part. Let's hope that soon is weeks and not months. I find this very encouraging.
