Magic 25 report, oversold now, at $140/s in 12 months.

fnews.yahoo.com

Take this with a grain of salt, Magic 25 has made some seriously bad recommendations in the past.

A URL to LLY prospects once generic Prozac becomes available.

One additional point, per SEC rules, as long as a company incurs losses per share (not EPS), shares issuable on exercise of options or upon conversion of convertible securities are not added to shares outstanding for purposes of calculating per share results (to do so would reduce the loss per share). Once SEPR goes earnings positive, which we hope will occur when we still hold SEPR directly and not through some acquiror, then in-the-money options and shares issuable on the conver will be factored in for EPS calculation.

Lilly says generic Prozac to slow growth

INDIANAPOLIS, June 4 (Reuters) - Eli Lilly and Co. (NYSE:LLY - news) said Friday it expects earnings growth to slow immediately after generic competition emerges in 2004 for its antidepressant Prozac, but the pharmaceutical giant forecast a quick return to strong sales and earnings.

The company said it expects earnings per share to grow 15 to 19 percent annually until the emergence of generic versions of Prozac, the best-selling antidepressant. >
