A URL to LLY prospects once generic Prozac becomes available. One additional point, per SEC rules, as long as a company incurs losses per share (not EPS), shares issuable on exercise of options or upon conversion of convertible securities are not added to shares outstanding for purposes of calculating per share results (to do so would reduce the loss per share). Once SEPR goes earnings positive, which we hope will occur when we still hold SEPR directly and not through some acquiror, then in-the-money options and shares issuable on the conver will be factored in for EPS calculation.
