Gary as usual, you are wrong-
I'm surprised that you didn't know that when Cisco announced its acquisition of Stratacom in April of 1996, Cisco announced that they intended to GRADUALLY dispose of the equity position in Cascade. The plan was dispose of Cascade shares over a TWO year period, starting in the first quarter of fiscal 1997 and ending the fourth quarter of fiscal 1998. Before the program commenced, Cisco held 5,353,834 shares of Cascade stock.

Again, as usual Gary, you are wrong. I Before you send people on a wild goose chase looking for mystery documents that you know don't exist maybe you should make sure that you have your facts straight.

You said that CSCO used cash from the CSCC investment to purchase STRM, I thought that it was a stock deal/ pooling of interests.

Why don't you go back and read the docs.
