Now in this case the 4-8MM shares are already short, and RICO act case brought against them - Does that change anything in your assessment ?

I might prompt you that we are talking about all forms of shorted, unfullfilled trades, and "in house" tallies of stocka that are manipulated.

I appreciate your input along with frick and all others.

We dont need to be criticized for being tired of being screwed with by some criminals who have @*@@ our stock values.
