Just wondering, what would prevent you from lending your own shares and sell them short ? immediately - If such huge surge came around ?

Fred Stalls. I find it interesting your broker advised against call, pointing that you would have to wait to recive before selling. obviously.

But even more interesting is that your broker imagines it will run over next 3 weeks while they are in transit and is worried for you...

I would challenge your broker and go make him buy or call certts he probably doesnt have, especially being a year or more old.

I bet toall, that if your cahs accoutn is more than a yrear old with this stock; that your broker sold it anyway when the involuntary petition all but buried this stock.

they probably sold it thinking you were nuts to hold it.....

anyway, I have never ha d abroker chide me for wanting certs of any kind........

ALSO, you should be able to get certs in 10 days. I do.

It usually takes 5 weeks when the position is a ghost position. The 5 weeks allows enough time to un ghost the position that should have been their....

good luck
