Any fear of a Warning by VECO ?

I just got wounded by the QNTM warning.

VECO order-flow seems light this quarter. Maybe I missed some.
Any fears of a warning from VECO ? I would like to buy VECO before the earnings reporting begins, but am gun-shy of another warning from a disk drive related company.

Carl, I just looked at it and there is a news release allowing redemption until June 7, issued on Yahoo. In any event, while it is an undervalued situation, I do not see the trigger that will make it fairly valued, so I decided not to jump in. Did just get confirmed for selling NVLS at my target of $56, it probably will run above $60 now (VBG).
