If they do warn, it would be a couple days after the end of the quarter, based on past experience. I think they've only warned once before, at least that I can recall.

Herbert, that is one of the reasons that recently I am not using VECO too much on these forays, I think that the DD sector is weak and VECO dependence on this sector might indeed get them to warn. Carl might be right and such a warning will wait until after the first of July, but I am afraid that if such a warning is forthcoming, the market will "smell" it before.
