A true story on 64Mb PC 100 Sdram.

Went to Fry's on Saturday:
They had 3 64Mb PC 100 Sdram's for sale
(1) $49
(2) $60
(3) $79

(1)The first one may work when you bought it home and placed it in computer. If you brought your computer in, they would try on trying
chips until they get your up grade.
Good for 90 days

(2) 99.9 % chance it would work when you bought it home and placed
it in your computer
Good for one year

(3) 99.9% chance to work and
Good for life time

............
I bought the (2) and it worked after a second push in !

128 MB still falling and currently at $78

Hard to believe. But with the stock going to hit 100 per share in 9 months or maybe 12 they should be dropping faster to get rid of all of the lower yielding product; keep forgetting there is no low yields out there.

I heard Moto, in a teleconference and from them, they are now 100% yield on a 42K BiCmos -- I believed that too. (bg)
