edit: could answer bear..how's that for information jackie??? man...what is with people that want to invest in garbage like this..go buy some oracle or something..

Jacalyn, I like you already. Hopefully you will do as you said and do your DD. And by the way, you might even know my bankruptcy attorney. You will find his name in one of the posts about my background. Yes I am also from Texas. Been an Investment Banker here in Houston for 26 years.

By the way, I assume that you know the way the NASDAQ attributes responsibilty of employees actions or or omissions, to the Principals of a Stock brokerage. Particulary a firm that had over 50 employees. Also, notice the dates. My partner and I had already liquidated the firm in 1987 and left the brokerage sector some many months prior to the time the $10,000 fine was levied. Certainly could have paid it and been back to business as usual, but didn't see the need to.
