Dell is actively soliciting employees and summer help

Yes, summer employment is eagerly sought. Friends and family are nearly guarenteed work in the factory. There is always the need to cover people taking vacation in the summer, but with the low unemployment in Austin it has been particularly hard finding people. That's the main reason that they are opening production in Nashville.
