Looks a bit like a house of cards to me: complex inter-relationships; different share classes; cloudy control; and now potential loss of brand identity. Check out this news release: biz.yahoo.com If they have to go back to brewing local beer, their profit margins will be much lower, don't you think? Having said all this, it might be a long-term buy on a significant dip, but I don't see $3 on the horizon any time soon. Mike
