FWIW, Soundview is right on this new broadband interactivity thing.
They have recently become a market maker in CCUR which has taken off in the last week. The stars are coming into alignment now.

Soundview's full report on Actv should be out soon. I believe that is what the institutions are waiting for before pulling the trigger. This is a new area for them and they don't like flying blind.

The positive Soundview coverage hasn't hit the stock yet but it will soon enough.
