Pana must be Part "BLOODHOUND"!!...Golly, that was fast.. and armed with some phone #'s at their site,, I basicly got a verification of what you said, but no details....however,I am scratching my noggin over "does this specialty(regional)food company have deep-pocket sponsers"?, because I can't image them having the revenue(at this stage) to come on the board @$3.00 and get a bid anywhere near without producing some exquisite "share"value from the gitgo!.......so I'm now holding 1000 shares of CIIT at which I will have to watch the first days (make that the first minutes buys) before considering a sell-off to cover my gain status at HUBS "stop"..or be a new "long" at the "Chili Pot"!!! /// THANKS PANA

News about HUBS changing to CIIT will have to come from CIIT.
The old company HUBS was very hard to find any info. on.
I was told by HUBS management when I last asked them, only 6 million
shares were outstanding & my guess is the float is very small.
Now the new company must only have 60,000 shares outstanding!

The last time I e-mailed HUBS I told HUBS I was upset about HUBS not
mentioning to share holders about the takeover or buyout or the
reverse split, But Dave said it was beyond his control. Seems to me
that Chasen's must have done a hostile takeover some how. Maybe
Chasen's has been buying up HUBS stock for a long time & took controlling interest in the stock.

As far as the reporting with the SEC they go by the ticker at the time
the new rule was in place & it was HUBS at the time so it will have
until January 2000 & not November or else every company with the ticker starting with AAAA would change it to ZZZZ.

Any way you look at this new stock CIIT has got to be much better than
HUBS. Go to chasenschili.com I think this is the new company but I'm still not sure.
