What it looks like to me is that people cant see the forest for the trees. Everybody wants the company to announce the $100,200,300 mm contracts yesterday. If those were announced right now, the stock would be trading at $10+. In all fairness, I think the company got ahead of themselves in the past regarding press releases dealing with possible OEMs and licensees and now they are ultra (possibly too) conservative. On the Form 10sb, it states all the firms they have talks with: GM, Visteon(F), Monroe(Tenneco), Freightliner(Daimler-Benz), Oshkosh, and the Military. In fact, the form 10 has some great all around info for people's DD files. All I can say for the people who didnt think this company was for real; look at the sec filings. The company is legit and so is their technology. I think we're seeing some trading profit-taking right now, but that's ok. I'm trying to buy the cheap shares(got a little bit at 2.344-2.375) and I'll keep doing that until the sellers are gone.
