I am serious. Having helped in preparing a few reports to congress and major Govt bodies, I do know how these bozos work. I don't want to elaborate beyond that.

BRG if you don't think the numbers are rigged then how do you explain the revisions month after month. The numbers they report are always underweight to benefit bulls. Go check it for yourself.
