Ok Willaim my take is this will be good for all high speed providers it closes the door on T trying to capture this market for itself and other ROBC's right?

Bought RTHM at 55, COVD at 44 1/2, EXDS at 78. I think the
earliest deployments of DSL are going to be in the corporate
telecommuting area where it is actually cheaper than ISDN. I know
at Cisco they are already rolling out DSL services through COVD
and RTHM. I a sure other companies will be doing the same. The
big winners in the ISP side would be COVD, RTHM who are much faster
than the local bells. In the equipment side you have RBAK and CSCO.
Chips would be AWRE, LU and BRCM.
