net stocks leaving the RUT have a huge amount of selling to be done

so the stocks that are leaving the RUT may be candidates to put on strength in the next several days, as there is potetntial a 1-2 billion of stock for sale in the top names leaving the RUT.

EGRP which is one of those leaving was up only 5/16, which is nohting considering the ramp in the NASD and many net stocks
