I think it's neutral for Yahoo, though I guess Yahoo could go head-to head with AOL now.

Then this is good for Yhoo and others?

It is good for YHOO. Excite will not have close to a monopoly intitially on broadband content. That leaves three major content players. AOL, YHOO and MSFT.
