I agree. I pay Cablevision $35/month for cable access here on LI in NY, which is about a 50% premium over AOL'd current dial up rates. AT&T and AOL should be able to work out a mutually beneficial deal to divvy up the humungous additional cash flow that would be generated by AOL's subscribers switching to cable access.

but they will seek to drag their feet while buildout occurs. court appeals will do that.
