The VLNC stock fraud continues to flounder.

Despite another lame attempt to pump the price of this fraudulent battery company (issuing a press release intended to deceive investors into thinking there were "shipments" when in fact the company did nothing more than transfer raw materials from one subsidiary to another), the stock has once again sunk below my short entry point. I continue to recommend shorting at any price over 5.

I'll leave everyone with a great laugh for the weekend. perpetual Valence shill "FMK" tells us (yet again!!!!) that the "shorts are worried" (where have we heard that one before) and that there is "too much competition" for those "low priced" shares!!

Paul: I've already thanked you, via a response to TechMonster, regarding clarifying Fourth Shift, but while I'm enjoying the tastier aspects of shoe leather(ahem) let me go on to agree with your assessment of this ad.

I concur that it appears, based on my EXTREMELY limited understanding of this software(heh), that it certainly appears VLNC's getting very close to commencement of full-scale manufacture. This role, to my mind, would seem to be one of the final "components" required for commencement, no?

Bottom Line? The latter half of this year just keeps getting more, and more interesting..

Regards, and thanks again for pointing out where my trolley went off the track.

John~

Thanks Paul, Hiring an MRP person after hearing both Valence and Hanil are in production pretty much nullifies arguments designed to keep the stock price down. I grossly underestimated how long it would take them to get to this point, but am very pleased that they have made it.

Since there are so many large bets against a positive company outcome, It is not surprising to see so many attacks on anyone presenting positive views. I would expect an increasing frequency of Valence bashing as a "last resort" effort to hold the price down while shorts can cover.

I enjoyed this post from Yahoo:

You'll never be able to cover without a loss, unless you do it NOW. Your window of opportunity is closing fast.

Company heading into full-scale production as we speak.

YES they have a product.

YES they have customers they're now producing for.

YES you'll be hearing about it before long.

Go on, add to your own short position. But you've got a lot of nerve, recommending to others to add to theirs at current prices. So much to lose, nothing to gain. You're the fraud here. Leading lemmings to slaughter.

Someone closely watching the trading is convinced more shorting has been occurring lately, especially through market maker NITE. It may be an attempt keep the price from breaking out of its present trading range.

Regardless, some friends have been pleased to acquire stock at present levels because they consider it a gift from the shorts, who will have to pay much higher prices for the stock when a contract is announced (or just keep adding cash to their accounts to compensate for having borrowed the shares to sell).

A plant visitor told me yesterday that he is convinced that the company will be a huge success, on the scale of Cisco and Msft!
