Hi all. Still long many shares on Bids.

I think the Patented declining price auction is in its infancy. By having regular live auctions, Bid.com is marketing their patent effectively as well as bringing in more revenue. Bid.com is selling more items during their live Dutch auction than on a typical day on their web site. The fact that the live Dutch auction produces more sales will be a major marketing tool to use in licensing their patent to other businesses. You can't dispute the numbers and the numbers say that the live declining price auction generates more sales. When other companies start hearing more about this, they will be very receptive to using this sales tool.

I stand by my previous statements that the patent is valuable and defensible in court. I listened to someone on CNBC a couple of weeks back from the US department of Patents, who said that Internet Patents are real property and defensible.

P.S. Gonorth,
In order to view the live auction, you have to know how to download the RealPlayer. It's very simple.

For all of you who are attending the meeting, be sure to look out for Gonorth and Dagan. Here's a clue on how to find them: Look for people with bodyguards surrounding them! LOL
